We provide home repair and installation services including, but not limited to:

  • Television repair and installation
  • CCTV system installation and maintenance
  • Gate motor repair and installation
  • Air conditioning installation and servicing
  • Generator installation and maintenance
  • General electrical work and compliance certificates

3. Service Areas

Our services are available throughout Gauteng province, South Africa. Service availability may vary depending on your specific location and the nature of the required work.

4. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. We operate 24/7 and strive to respond to all inquiries within 2 hours during business hours. Emergency services are available outside regular business hours.

5. Pricing and Payment

Call-Out Fee: A standard call-out fee applies for diagnosis and quotation purposes. This fee is waived if you accept our repair quote and proceed with the work.

Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, EFT, and major credit cards. For larger projects, payment plans may be available upon request.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

3-Year Warranty: We provide a comprehensive 3-year warranty on all workmanship. This warranty covers defects in installation and repair work performed by our technicians.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, power surges, or unauthorized modifications. Consumable parts and accessories may have separate warranty terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about the issue
  • Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for work in rental properties
  • Securing valuable items and ensuring pets are safely contained
  • Making payment in accordance with agreed terms

8. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, technician illness, or equipment unavailability.

9. Liability and Insurance

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage to items that are beyond economical repair. Customers are advised to back up important data before service commences.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during service booking and delivery will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website and marketing materials are the property of Repairs-Direct Group Expert Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
